Mount Kilimanjaro Marangu Route
A relatively easier, shorter and least expensive route, Mount Kilimanjaro Marangu route remains to be a top choice of most travelers – especially beginner climbers or those traveling with inexperienced backpackers. Compared to other routes like Machame, Marangu trail can take you to the summit in 5 days, or 4 even. Although it sounds like a short cut, most tour specialists deem it not the best way due to a shorter acclimatization period. However, you can always opt to spend an extra acclimatization day on the mountain.
With Napanda Safaris, you can choose between a 5N6D adventure or the shorter one which is 4N5D. Because you are in the Marangu route, you have the luxury of being able to sleep in huts along the entire route. Mineral water, soft drinks, chocolates and beers are also sold at all the camps on this Mount Kilimanjaro Marangu route.
